To and Fro by Rashida Coleman-Hale arrived in the shop. There are so many fun fussy cutting opportunities with this fabric. We also loved the colour palette and Rashida's amazing spare design.
These fun gals, will give you lots of ideas for projects, but my favourite is a large travel pouch for all your hair things, brushes, combs, elastics, etc. Each print will give you many more ideas.
This exciting collection of strong prints is the latest from Libs Elliott. I am smitten with this earthy palette and I always love how Libs mixes hard and soft, line and curbe, and graphic with organic. It's her contrasts that make this mix of prints really stand out. They'd make a stunning Orbiter quilt.
Are you dreaming of blue skies, summer breezes, and a little pretty plant life? This might be the reminder you need that spring will come.
Clara Jean have done it again with this lovely combination of florals and graphics in lovely water colour illustrations. See them all here.
We have yardage and bundles.
We got our first arrivals from Fableism, an excellent cotton woven fabric supplier. The checks, stripes and textures are a great weight for garment sewing with lots body and an ideal weight for creating layering pieces for cooler temperatures, or dresses/tops for warmer weather.
Any of these would be really cute as a Metamorphic dress!
The rerelease of Alexia Marcelle Abegg's Starry with new colours and a play with scale has been anxiously awaited by many. It got delayed in the US due to dock issues, but we were lucky to bypass that in Canada.
We have yardage and bundles of this pretty group.
We have new 60 cm bag handles from Japan in a linen/poly blend, now in 12 colours. They come as a pair and will finish your bag making perfectly, especially in time for the holidays.
We also restocked all of our smaller acrylic bag handles in a huge range of colours.
Wide wale cord is soft and lux and feels like velvet but isn't nearly as fussy.
Our cord is 98% cotton and 2% spandex, so it's comfortable and flattering. You'll see we have some pretty fantastic colours too.
What are you thinking of making?
