We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200.00
Delivery times are based on guidelines provided by Canada Post. International packages are sent via Canada Post small parcel service. As much as possible, our packaging and shipping materials are made from recycled materials. If your community supports it, most can be recycled when you are done with them.
Note - we do not collect taxes or duty on any US or International orders. You may be required to pay additional costs once the package has gone through customs, although typically there aren't duties on cotton fabric in most places.

After you click check out, you can choose either to "ship" or "pick up" your parcel. If you choose to ship, the following rates will be applied. If you want to pick up, we'll email you when it's ready.

*Due to very high shipping costs, we can only offer free shipping to the North for orders of $300.00 or more.

If we made a mistake with your order, we will fix it. We cannot accept returns on any cut fabrics (including pre-cuts or kits), thread, scissors, cutting tools, rulers, or mats. For sealed products like notions, patterns or other merchandise, we will give you a shop credit for your purchase but it must be within 14 days, unused, in its original sealed packaging, and in the same condition it was delivered in. Unfortunately, we cannot pay for any return and exchange shipping charges. Contact us at email@example.com for return shipping instructions.
Lost or Undelivered Purchases -
Unfortunately we cannot take responsiblity for undelivered purchases. Please contact your post office in the event of a non delivery. Once you've contacted Canada Post, let us know and we will assist in any way we can to locate your missing package. We can not offer a credit or refund in the event of lost or undelivered purchases.
