SHIPPING RATES

If you spend over $150.00 before taxes, we will ship it for free within Canada.   

Hi there, we recently changed our shipping rates to reflect the new Canada Post rates and the differences in cost between provinces. If the actual cost to ship is significantly less than what you've been charged, we'll endeavour to refund the difference. We try really hard to pack and ship your goods within 1 to 3 days of your order.  Your purchase will be sent to you using the most economical method depending on the size and weight, usually that means Canada Post and USPS. 

Delivery times are based on guidelines provided by Canada Post.  If you need something faster please let us know and we'll come up with an alternative shipping solution.  International packages are sent via Canada Post small parcel service.  As much as possible, our packaging and shipping materials are made from recycled materials.  If your community supports it, most can be recycled when you are done with them.  

Note - we do not collect taxes or duty on any US or International orders.  You may be required to pay additional costs once the package has gone through customs, although typically there aren't duties on cotton fabric in most places.

If you want to pick up instead of having your parcel shipped, please just type "pick up" in the space for a promo code when you're checking out. We'll email you when your parcel is ready.

RETURNS

We want all of our customers to be happy.  If something has gone wrong with your purchase, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to make it right.  Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know what the problem is and why you are not satisfied.  If we made a mistake with your order, we will fix it!   If we are not able to resolve it and you need to return your purchase, it must be unused and in the same condition it was delivered in.  Unfortunately, we cannot pay for any return and exchange shipping charges.  Contact us at info@fabricspark.com for return shipping instructions.

Please note - We do not accept returns on any sale fabric, fabric that has been cut by the customer, opened pre-cuts or remnant packages, patterns, or kits.
 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email letting you know we got it and the approval status of your refund.  If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Lost or Undelivered Purchases -
Unfortunately we cannot take responsiblity for undelivered purchases.  Please contact your post office in the event of a non delivery.  You can also contact us and we will assist in any way we can to locate your missing package.  We can not offer a credit or refund in the event of lost or undelivered purchases.
