From Gordon Fabrics, this product is a non-woven, non-fusible, sew-in lining. It is 100% polypropylene. 

Polypropylene fabric is a man-made fabric made from Thermoplastic polymers (plastic). It is breathable, has moisture-wicking properties and is most commonly used in sportswear, cold weather undergarments, military wear, diapers, food packaging, ropes, tapes, backpacks, sunglasses, tote bags, drinking straws
