The Plaid One by Marcia Derse - Proper Plaid in Currant
The Plaid One is a wonderful new collection from Windham artist and fabric designer, Marcia Derse. She is a unique and gifted designer with an unmistakable style. Marcia called this a "free style plaid collection". In her individual style, they are colourful, organic and feel entirely hand painted.
Spark - I love quilts made up of lots of checkers and plaids, it goes against conventional wisdom in the most fun way. The looseness of these checks means you won't have to match anything or worry about perfect alignment. I think it would look amazing in the Glam Clam quilt with the mix of straight lines in curved shapes.
Please note that all fabric is sold in 1/2 yard increments. If you want 1 yard, please order a quantity of 2. If you want 2 yards, you will need to order a quantity of 4.
