Perfect Baste is the spray baste I most like to work with. 

According to the manufacture it is

odorless

colourless

spotless

acid free

free of CFC's 

and... it won't gum up your needles. 

I prefer this because it seems a little more targeted than others so doesn't leave a sticky mess around your quilt.
