Master English Paper Piecing Workshop Series - Wednesday May 15 6:00 - 9:00 X 3 WEEKS

In this three workshop series, you will learn to master all the elements of English Paper Piecing.

You'll learn how to source the shapes, work with different methods for attaching the papers and basting them, then how to join them with invisible stitching. You'll work with the classic hexie shape, and through more complex and divided shapes, and by the end,  you'll be fussy cutting your fabric to highlight feature motifs, and using stripe and directional fabric to create new designs.

Supply List - We'll supply the paper shapes for your use in the class, and will send a detailed note in advance of the first class with a list of items to bring, but you should be prepared to bring various small amounts of fabric for each class and a hand sewing kit including fabric scissors and paper scissors, a seam ripper, a fabric marking pencil or chalk,  hand sewing needles, neutral thread and a thimble.  We carry most of these in the shop so you can purchase anything your missing, or borrow a sewing kit for use in the class.

Note - we are capping the class at 6 participants. If we have less than 3 participants, we will cancel the class and refund your full purchase price. Otherwise, workshops are non-refundable. If you cancel with at least a week's notice, we will give you a store credit. If you find you can't make it, with less than one week's notice, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
