Kokka Pikku Saari Lightweight Sheeting
The fabrics from Kokka are really my favourites. This is the fabric that got me into the business of selling fabric. To me they are the most inspiring and original designs and always amazing quality.
PIKKU SAARI is the first textile collection for Kokka by Eri Shimatsuka, (a Japanese designer working in Helsinki and formerly of Marimekko). It means a small island in Finnish. She was inspired by everyday life in Helsinki, which is by the sea with beautiful views of numerous small islands. It is a little subtler than the big florals and bold scale of Marimekko, but I loved the little light hit of metallic.
Spark - I thought I would make pretty throw cushions for my light grey sofa. I like the suggestion of stripe and weather.
Please note that all fabric is sold in 1/2 yard increments. If you want 1 yard, please order a quantity of 2. If you want 2 yards, you will need to order a quantity of 4.
For example
1 = 1/2 yard | 2 = 1 yard | 3 = 1 1/2 yards | 4 = 2 yards |
