Katarina Roccella Lavish Sunprint Fern
"Opulent overflowing petals, stems, buds and hidden berries" Katarina Roccella was inspired by "brush strokes and an appreciation for the nearby flora" Lavish is her latest collection and a departure from her last group, the graphic and bold Avant Garde.
The floral prints are very pretty and reminded me of an old Villory & Boch china pattern that I strangely yearned for as a teenager. (One of my sisters worked in a gift shop). I love that loose illustration style, like you brought home a bunch of wild flowers from your walk and dropped them on the kitchen table.
Spark - These are beautiful fabrics for summer garment sewing. Art Gallery is a very fine weave so the hand and drape are light and breezy.
Please note that all fabric is sold in 1/2 yard increments. If you want 1 yard, please order a quantity of 2. If you want 2 yards, you will need to order a quantity of 4.
