Fabric Wrapping Cloth - Make your own decorative fabric gift wrap

In this workshops, you'll learn how to create your own decorated fabric wrapping cloth. In the spirit of beautiful Asian wrapping cloths, our teacher has developed a fun and unique, customizeable method to adorn and embelish your fabric for a beautiful and reusable gift wrapping option. 

This is a great way to use up scraps, cut up and repurpose an old bed sheet (embellished of course) or invent a signature look and theming to your gift wrapping. During the class, Laura will also demonstrate how to tie your wrap. You'll make a big enough piece to wrap a hard cover book or something of similar size.

Supply List - You'll get email before the class with a list of what to bring, but here is some helpful information;

The workshop includes everything you need to make and decorate a 20" square of neutral fabric, including the use of dozens of colours of solid quilting cotton for you to use in the class to create your own shapes and designs. You'll also get your own square of Heat 'n Bond to either play with in class or take away with you.

Cancellations and Refunds

We are capping the class at 8 participants. If we have less than 3 participants, we will cancel the class and refund your full purchase price. Otherwise, workshops are non-refundable. If you cancel with at least a week's notice, we will give you a store credit. If you find you can't make it, with less than one week's notice, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
