Chestnut Street by Fig Tree Quilts Sewing Text Natural

Chestnut Street is from Fig Tree Quilts. I have been on the lookout for really good text prints, B&W prints and new low volumes - this was a trifecta. 

Spark -I think you can never have too many B&W low volume text prints in your stash, so stock up. The good ones are few and far between.

Please note that all fabric is sold in 1/2 yard increments. If you want 1 yard, please order a quantity of 2. If you want 2 yards, you will need to order a quantity of 4.
