Blostma and Song by Penny Jeffries - Flower Tango in Rose

I have to confess I got really excited when I saw this collection from a new designer at Free Spirit. It feels new and interesting and has a playfulness that I love to see in fabric design. Penny Jeffries is a UK based designer, and she shared a fun design statement on her Instagram post about the new group..

"Inspired by the lush elegance of peonies and the playful charm of budgies, this collection celebrates the balance of softness and energy:

Peonies = fragility + resilience, rich color, timeless beauty
Budgies = joy, freedom, and a spark of playfulness"

Spark - I think it would be best to be able to see the illustrations in each print so don't be tempted to cut them up too small. Personally, I think a bunch of 6" square blocks randomly placed would make a fun and fantastic quilt. 

Please note that all fabric is sold in 1/2 yard increments. If you want 1 yard, please order a quantity of 2. If you want 2 yards, you will need to order a quantity of 4.
