Whisper by Victoria Johnson Leaves Black

Victoria Johnson is new to Windham. She is an established designer and artist though, having had her own studio in New York before marrying an Italian, moving to Italy and having a couple of kids with there.  Sounds pretty romantic doesn't it? No wonder she draws butterflies.

Whisper is inspired by her illustrations and is a great representation of her style, clean simple drawings that are informed by folk art but retain a pretty and light hearted feel.

Spark - I love the colour combination of pale blush pink and black, and I thought those B&W leaves were a no brainer! I would like to see these together as supporting fabrics, either in a garment or adding a little spring fling to a quilty fabric pull.
