Himalaya Brocade Stripe - Topaz

Philip Jacob designing under the Snow Leopard Brand has been inspired by the Tibetan and Chinese imagery of the Himalayan mountains. I thought this looked pretty exotic for quilting cotton!  I love that he pulled off muted tones with these intense and darker colours. It is so unique stacked agains the rest of the collections coming out of Free Spirit this year.  

Spark -These will be beautiful and interesting garment choices but I like the idea of putting them all together in a set of table napkins (two of each print here). What a great hostess gift - add a little Asian jazziness to the table. I think this stripe would be a super binding too, especially in a quilt with some primary colours and deep tones.
