Birch Organic Cotton Interlock Knit - Woodrose
Birch Fabrics makes beautiful organic Interlock knits. (Interlock is thicker than jersey, a little heavier and has less stretch so it's more stable and it doesn't curl at the edges. Both sides are smooth and look like the right side of a jersey knit.)

Please note that all fabric is sold in 1/2 yard increments. If you want 1 yard, please order a quantity of 2. If you want 2 yards, you will need to order a quantity of 4.
