April Rhodes - The Riding Peplum & Party Dress

Beautiful sewing patterns from April Rhodes.  

The peplum shape is one of the most flattering for lots of body types.  It is a great choice for summer in either length.  All of April's patterns are beginner friendly and sew up pretty quickly.  

Suggested fabrics are cotton, lawn, voile, deouble gauze, shot cotton, chambray or linen blends.  

Fabric Requirements for 45" wide fabric are

Top - 2 yards for xs-m, 2 1/4 yards for l-xxl + 1/2 yard of the same or coordinating fabric for armhole and neckline facings

Dress - 3 1/3 yards for sx-m, 4 yards for l-xxl + 1/2 yard of the same or coordinating fabric for armhole and neckline facings
