Summer Sun by Vera - Floral Explosion in Pink

Before there was Lilly Pulitzer, there was Vera! Known for her colourful and cheerful prints, Vera Neumann became an iconic mid-century designer who heralded a change in surface and textile design. Her scarves were a must have accessory through the '70's and she was the first artist inducted into the Smithsonian Resident Associate Program. Her paintings and artwork are still seen and have been licensed by Crate And Barrel, Target and now Cloud 9 Fabrics. 

Spark - This is such a cheerful group. I would make a summer picnic quilt. Something light to throw over your knees on an spring evening on the patio, or to brighten up a young bedroom.
