Jen Kingwell - Bowie Stars Patter Booklet

Inspired by Jen’s love of hexi's, Bowie Stars is made up with embellished diamonds surrounding each 6 - pointed star to create an impactful, oversized hexagon.

Each star is made of 6 different pieced diamonds (21 unique designs in total).
There are 2 layout options for Bowie Stars for you to choose from:
- Bowie Stars Spring, the original hexi layout is 199 cm x 203 cm (78.5” x 80”) as featured on the cover
- Bowie Stars Autumn, alternate layout is 152cm x 165cm (60” x 65”) as featured on inside
cover.

Skill Level: Beginner – Intermediate

Fabric Requirements -  Spring

 7-7.5 metres (8 - 81/2 yards) of coloured fabrics, small cuts work well

1.1 metres (1 1/4 yards) background fabric for large inset diamonds

4.5 metres (5 yards) backing fabric

.55 metres (5/8 yards) fabric for binding
