Johanna Masko is a patchwork pro and is committed to helping us all become one too!  She's developed a number of skill building workshops that help you navigate quilt patterns or execute  your own patchwork design. 

HST's

An HST is a square patchwork unit composed of two triangles. Most quilters use the “2 at a time” method, but we have MANY more options available to us than that. Need teeny tiny ones? Do you need to make hundreds for a large quilt? Let Johanna show you methods to match every HST-making occasion you might encounter.

Difficulty - confident beginners

Supply List - You will get a detailed email a couple weeks ahead of the class but in the meantime, assume you will need to bring your sewing kit (thread, scissors, fabric snips, pins, seam ripper, etc.) ideally a 6"x12" ruler, rotary cutter, and 4 fat quarters in a variety of lights and darks, plus

Neutral thread 
Mechanical pencil (office supply type)
1/4" seam marker (optional but helpful)

Note - we are capping the class at 6 participants. If we have less than 2 participants, we will cancel the class and refund your full purchase price. Otherwise, workshops are non-refundable. If you cancel with at least a week's notice, we will give you a store credit. If you find you can't make it, with less than one week's notice, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
