Flying Geese
Rectangular Flying Geese units are a mainstay in block-style patchwork, and there are several ways to construct them. I’ll share my criteria for deciding which Flying Geese method to use according to the project, various ways to make these versatile units, with a bonus lesson on “Square In A Square” units. You’ll be soaring into your next quilt with confidence!

Supply List - You will get a detailed email a couple weeks ahead of the class but in the meantime, assume you will need to bring your sewing kit (thread, scissors, fabric snips, pins, seam ripper, etc.) ideally a 6"x12" ruler, rotary cutter, and 4 fat quarters in a variety of lights and darks, plus
Note - we are capping the class at 6 participants. If we have less than 2 participants, we will cancel the class and refund your full purchase price. Otherwise, workshops are non-refundable. If you cancel with at least a week's notice, we will give you a store credit. If you find you can't make it, with less than one week's notice, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
