This is an incredibly versatile pattern for a young girl. It has echos of the Washi Dress for women but has bee sized and revised for girls. There are lots of options for the neck, arm hole, pleats vs. gathers etc. 

The pattern is suitable for sizes 0-5T, you will ind a pattern for the Geranium dress in sizes 6-12 here. 

Spark - I love the idea of this dress in owls or foxes. Think about the Forest Friends collection and think about making the bodice and skirt in different fabrics.
