This 3 hours skills workshop will send you home ready to tackle all of those "almost finished" quilts. 
Learn how to cut, attach and finish traditional binding, paying attention to mitred corners and a polished finish. We'll cover both machine finishing and hand finishing your binding. You'll also learn some fun variations, like a 2-colour binding (one colour on the front and a different one on the back). And, you'll learn  facing your quilt - an alternative finish that doesn't include binding.

Timing -  Saturday March 16 2:00 - 5:00

Supply List - You will get a detailed email in advance of the class with a list of what to bring but in the meantime you can assume that you will need two 12" square quilt sandwiches, 4 strips of binding fabric measuring 2 1/2" by width of fabric and your sewing kit.

Note - we are capping the class at 6 participants. If we have less than 3 participants, we will cancel the class and refund your full purchase price. Otherwise, workshops are non-refundable. If you cancel with at least a week's notice, we will give you a store credit. If you find you can't make it, with less than one week's notice, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
