Hi I want to make a rag quilt for each of my granddaughters – 2.
I understand flannel is the best fabric to use.
I have never made a quilt before but have done lots of needlework stuff – smocking, swedish weaving, cross stitch etc.
Do you put together packages of fabrics, backing and middle layer to make a 5’ X 6’ quilt.
I will be in the area tomorrow.
