This quilt can honestly be done in a weekend. It's straightforward and satisfying and lets the fabric really take centre stage. The block pattern works for directional fabric and can accommodate larger prints because the finished square is 9.5 inches. 
This version uses The Tamales Bay collection by Katie O'Shea of Art Gallery fabrics. 
The kit includes assembly instructions and we've added several suggestions for tutorials if you're new to quilt making.

Note - we pieced and quilted our sample with Aurifil 2600 50 wt thread and quilted it with a diagonal cross hatch.
