Anna Maria Horner - Skipping Stones Coloring Garden Sun
In a dramatic about face Anna Maria Horner has come out with this beautiful collection of neutrals. Not what we were expecting right? She's taken her best and most popular design images from past collections and revisioned them in lots of low volumes, beautiful beiges, greys with personality and a fantastic mix of khaki that will be beautiful combined with something really hot like fuchsia or lime.
Spark - I would put the grey and ivory together for a good neutral project. It would be a healthy antidote to the massive amounts of colour we see in modern quilting and sewing. Together, they would make an understated and elegant quilt used together. The whole collection will stretch a stash with a mix of great neutral blenders. But first up on my list is the khaki/hot combination. I'm thinking....I'm thinking....
