Double Gauze Chambray Black

This fabric is really beautiful and was brought to my attention by Krista of Poppyprints, good spotting Krista! It has all of the softness of double gauze and the texture and weave of chambray. The two layers are actually different colours, the outer layer is the chambray weave with different colour threads for the warp and weft, the "show through" or second inner layer is a solid and adds depth. Together the drape is beautiful.

NOTE - this is a 56" wide fabric so it's a really great value too because for most patterns you will need a little less. Check your fabric requirements before ordering to be sure.

Spark - I can't wait to wear this. I'm deciding between the Lottie and the bess top.  Maybe different colours for both.  I also would love to see a bright contrasting thread to topstitch these - I think it's a sewing moment waiting to happen.
