This listing is for the pattern and fabric needed to make the Traverse BOM quilt top. You will add the binding, batting and backing.

The beautiful Traverse Block of the Month, is a new take on traditional row by row quilts, with a decidedly modern look and a brilliant display of colors. It's available in two tempting colourways the Multi version is kitted with 28 different Windham Artisan Cottons (rich colours with yard dyed warp and weft). And the Neutral version, kitted with 14 solid quilting cottons. Both  include almost 15 yards of fabric plus the pattern.

Each row of this gorgeous quilt showcases a wide range of techniques that will build the skills of novice quilters and be a fun play day for the experts. Techniques include strip piecing, curves, and a new way to paper piece! This quilt is made up of 10 different blocks & sashing strips, both pieced into 72" (finished width) rows.

I'm a long-time fan of Tara, her quilts changed the way I think about colour and I love her dense patterns. She said, "I like to use simple geometry, complex color interaction and find the line the exists somewhere between harmony and discord." She is a frequent and popular quilting teacher at Modern Quilt Guild events, Sewtopia and online.
