Alison Glass - Art Theory - Rainbow 100 Moth in Dark

The original inspiration for this collection was a print, a panel actually that was part of the Ex Libris collection many years ago. It was a massive success for Alison and had to be reprinted a few times. We had several bolts of it and couldn't keep it on the shelf. She revisited that print and started envisioning an entire collection based on the themes of bright rainbow images on neutral light and dark fields. She also brought back the panel, but larger this time at 24" wide.

Spark - I think Alison's true gift is her effective and impactful colour palette. I'd use the panels to create a focal point and then add colour, light and dark, in an interesting pattern around it. I don't think you can make a mistake here. Just let the fabric do the work and create a joyful quilt.

Please note that all fabric is sold in 1/2 yard increments. If you want 1 yard, please order a quantity of 2. If you want 2 yards, you will need to order a quantity of 4.
